Sana has been a practicing advocate since 2008 and is enrolled as a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. She has critical knowledge and extensive experience in matters pertaining to Real Estate, Arbitration Laws, Commercial and Contractual Laws, law relating to Economic Offences, Insolvency and Bankruptcy law and Succession Laws. She has been attending to client queries and strategizing their matters entirely from inception to closure at SNG and Partners. She is an appearing counsel and represents clients before Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Civil Courts and Tribunals. As a rain maker, Sana has cultivated long terms relations with clients.

Sana is a certified Mediator recognised by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) as well as the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. She is a member of the ICC under POSH policy of the firm and has continued to conduct induction programs for the firm on the law and guidelines of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at work place. She enjoys mentoring law students and continues to be invited by law colleges for judging competitions and giving lectures on legal topics.

Sana is an avid reader and a prolific researcher. She has assisted Butterworths Publication in editing its ‘Halsbury’s Laws of India (Volume 6)’. She has also authored several articles on pertinent subjects of law inter alia Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 and Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
