Jagriti began her career in 2010 as a Law Researcher at Delhi High Court, later joining the firm in January 2014 after working as a Research Associate with CASCADE, FICCI.

With over 13 years in Legal Affairs, she specializes in civil and commercial litigation, representing clients in various courts and quasi-judicial bodies like NCLT, DRT, DRAT, and others. Her expertise extends to arbitrations, negotiations, contracts, and legal documentation. Jagriti advises multinational corporations, private banks, and individual clients, focusing on strategies to minimize stressed assets and compliance with POSH regulations.

She has been recognized for her contributions, including serving as an external member of POSH committees and advocating for child rights and against women trafficking. Jagriti has completed several specialized training programs and courses, including “Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Work” by CII and diplomas in “Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances” and “Intellectual Property.” Her research includes notable publications like the report “Access to Justice for Women” for Impulse NGO Network.

In her free time, Jagriti enjoys traveling and music, actively volunteering for Impulse NGO Network in Shillong, Meghalaya, supporting women and child empowerment in northeastern India.
