Sagar is an Associate Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice at SNG & Partners and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2014. His practice is focused on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, start-up and early-stage advisory, general corporate advisory and strategic regulatory advisory. He regularly advises founders, investors, emerging businesses and established corporates on structuring, investments, governance and commercial transactions.
He has advised domestic as well as international clients on private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements, foreign investment matters, commercial contracting and regulatory compliance across sectors including technology, ed-tech, digital commerce, manufacturing, consumer businesses, retail and financial services.
