Manu was admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa as an Advocate in 2009. She started her career in 2009 and joined SNG in 2012. Manu specializes in Real Estate laws and Conveyancing. In her career span of 14 years, she has handled a wide range of matters related to acquiring and lending in immovable properties.

She has been involved in land acquisition for various projects across India, including renewable energy projects, integrated townships, warehousing logistics and factories. She has also managed the sale and purchase of commercial, industrial, and residential properties, including dwelling units, and related documentation.

Manu has extensive experience advising clients in various sectors. She has advised banks, non-banking financial institutions, and domestic and foreign funds on the viability of real estate projects, including Integrated Townships, redevelopment projects, SRA and MHADA projects, large residential and commercial projects, group housing, retail malls, and hospitality projects. She provides legal perspectives and recommends corrective measures and solutions prior to funding and investment as well.

In her free time Manu enjoys reading and listening to music.
