Mr. Sanjay Kothari acts an Advisor on the Firm’s Board of Advisors for Japan. Sanjay is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. He focuses on the liability side of the balance sheet and his experience includes debt and equity raising/ restructuring, Investments and Risk Management and corporate communications. As the head of family office he has focused on asset allocation and compliances and family structures.
In a career of nearly four decades,he has worked with prominent corporate houses and leading leading family offices. Currently he is the head of the family office of a leading UHNI of India. He is also on the board of well-known companies including Clean Science and Technology, BSE E – Agricultural Markets Ltd, Ramkrishna Forgings, Birla Precision. He has good understanding on Indian equity markets, interest rate sensitives and investments in start ups.
He is Actively involved as a trustee with Krishnashray Gurukul https://krishnashraygurukul.org/ a skill and entrepreneurship development institute –(SEDI) at Jatipura, Uttar Pradesh – a not for profit initiative running under Krishnashray Foundation with a mission to provide skill development and placement to Youth (Male & Female) especially for the under‐privileged communities. He was on the arbitration panel of the Bombay Stock Exchange for many years and also a visiting faculty at premium management colleges.
