Sirisha extensively practices in Real Estate and Conveyancing.  She handles and advises on wide ranging matters relating to acquisitions of properties both agricultural and non-agricultural, land laws, development rights, development of commercial and residential properties, sale and purchase of commercial, residential and mixed use properties, debt documents, corporate and commercial leases and leave and licences, redevelopment projects including cessed and non-cessed properties, joint ventures and joint developments, facility/built to suit premises, development of integrated townships, slum rehabilitation projects, public private partnerships, Societies law, tenancy law, RERA, funding and investments in real estate projects, etc.

Sirisha has comprehensive expertise in handling high value and complex real estate transactions, conducting extensive and complex real estate diligences and title certifications for real estate projects and has handled various high profile transactions in her long career.  She excels in structuring, advising, transaction documentation, negotiating and implementing procedures with strong grasp on law and knowledge of local laws, processes and procedures.

Sirisha routinely advises varied clientele pan India and abroad, including well known corporate houses, developers, real estate investors, other entities and individuals, on matters of real estate and conveyancing.  She also handles a considerable Private Client Practice and advises on Trusts and Succession law as well.

Sirisha also has experience in allied practice areas such as general corporate and commercial laws, project finance, and dispute resolution.

In her free time, Sirisha likes to read books and listen to classical music.  She is fond of travelling and Graphology and is a certified Graphologist.
